Roger Sadowsky’s goal has always been to improve on bass design by making some very unique and important enhancements. Through the use of his proprietary special electronics, light-weight tuners and selected tone wood, Roger has raised this MetroExpress 20-Fret Ultra Vintage P Bass to a whole other level! Features include a light-weight solid Okoume body finished in Solid Sherwood Green Metallic High Polish with a tortoise pickguard, a roasted maple neck with a 1.5" / 38.5 mm wide nut, and a roasted maple fingerboard, String spacing at the bridge is 0.75" / 19 mm and the string distance between all of the strings is 2.24" / 57 mm. This is one fantastic looking and playing bass that we are sure you will love to play! Our MetroExpress basses are the easiest way for you to access that famous Sadowsky tone: Never harsh or shrill sounding, with strong, powerful but never muddy bass, with present, but not too aggressive mids, and a sweet, airy treble.
